How it works
Three steps from application to scrubbing in (observationally).
Apply & pay the app fee
Submit your application with required documents. The $50 application fee starts the hospital coordination process.
We coordinate hospital access
Over ~2 weeks, we work with each hospital's credentialing team to confirm your observation rights.
Receive your schedule
Once approved, you get a confirmed list of surgeries with dates, times, and hospital locations.
Hospital approval is required, and it takes time.
Each hospital where you'll observe must individually approve your access. This takes about 2 weeks of coordination on our end (paperwork, credentialing, and scheduling). Once approved, we hand you a confirmed surgery schedule. Apply at least 4 weeks before you want to start.
What you'll observe
Neurosurgery — Spine procedures, brain surgery, and minimally invasive techniques.
