Our Story
At Musculoskeletal Health Partners, Medical Service Organization (MSK MSO), we began with a shared vision of transforming healthcare operations to better serve both patients and medical professionals.
Founded in 2024, we bring together a multidisciplinary network of specialized practices, including SDNeurosurgery, South Bay Neurosurgery, Back2Life Pain Management, A Personal Physician, Abhiram Gande, MD Orthopaedic Surgery, and Paul J. Marsh Chiropractic Corporation. Our goal is to empower these practices by providing comprehensive support services that optimize clinical and operational efficiency.
From our inception, we recognized that behind every successful healthcare practice is a complex framework of administrative functions that often go unnoticed. With this in mind, we developed MSK MSO to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and seamless management, ensuring our providers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while we handle the rest.
Our Commitment
At MSK MSO, we are committed to supporting both the medical professionals we serve and the patients they care for. We provide essential services, including remote professional staffing, scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, and insurance authorization, all backed by a bilingual (Spanish/English) team that ensures seamless communication. Our diverse medical staff, made up of general practitioners from around the world, enriches our care and fosters an inclusive, globally minded environment.
We are equally dedicated to education and research, offering internships and observerships for pre-med and pre-PA students, as well as supporting International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and Medical Students. Our research efforts contribute to the field through ongoing studies and published papers, and we offer NP/PA fellowships to support local healthcare providers in San Diego.

Remote Administrative Support
Our remote professional staffing team handles non-clinical tasks like scheduling, billing, insurance authorizations, social media, and bookkeeping allowing providers to focus on patient care. We also manage the administrative demands of multidisciplinary practices, ensuring smooth communication across specialties.

Education & Clinical Support
Through our education department, we offer internships, observerships, and fellowships for local and international students, giving them real-world clinical experience. Additionally, our Employed Providers PC division provides extra clinical support for practices needing assistance with outpatient services or surgeries.
At MSK MSO, we act as an extension of each practice, ensuring all operations run smoothly so providers can focus on delivering excellent care to their patients.
